1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Autom84You AI Video Generator ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Rishi Patel / Autom84You, based in Sunnyvale, California.
2. Description of Service
The AI Video Generator uses Google's VEO-3.1 AI model to create HD videos from text descriptions. The Service provides:
- Text-to-video generation at 1080p HD resolution
- Single videos (8 seconds) and extended videos (up to 74 seconds)
- Multiple generation modes (Standard, Fast)
- Pay-per-use pricing with no subscription required
- Option to use your own Google AI API key
3. Payment & Pricing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Current pricing:
- Standard mode: From $4.00 per video segment
- Fast mode: From $1.60 per video segment
Prices are subject to change. Charges are non-refundable once video generation begins. If generation fails due to a system error, you will not be charged or will receive a refund.
If you provide your own Google AI API key, you are billed directly by Google and no Stripe charge applies.
4. Content Ownership & Usage
Your videos: You retain full ownership and commercial rights to videos generated through the Service. You may use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes.
Content restrictions: You agree not to generate content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable law
- Depicts violence, abuse, or exploitation
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Is deceptive, misleading, or constitutes deepfakes intended to deceive
- Violates Google's Generative AI Usage Policy
Autom84You reserves the right to refuse generation of content that violates these restrictions.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important:
- AI-generated videos may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results
- Generation quality varies based on prompt complexity and AI model capabilities
- Autom84You does not guarantee specific output quality or results
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use
6. API Keys
If you choose to use your own Google AI API key:
- Your key is used only for the current browser session and is never stored on Autom84You servers
- You are responsible for any usage charges from Google
- You agree to Google's API Terms of Service
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
- Use automated scripts to mass-generate content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Resell access to the Service without written permission
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Autom84You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
