- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — card numbers are never stored on Autom84You servers)
- Google AI API key (if you choose to use your own — used for the session only, never stored)

- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Video generation timestamps and settings
- Session identifiers
2. How Information Is Used
- Process video generation requests
- Deliver video access links to your email
- Process payments through Stripe
- Monitor platform performance and uptime
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Improve the Service
Autom84You does not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. API Key Handling
If you use your own Google AI API key:
- Your key is used only in your current browser session
- It is never transmitted to or stored on Autom84You servers
- All API calls are made directly from your browser to Google
- Closing the browser tab clears the key from memory
4. Data Storage & Security
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Secure server infrastructure
- Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Regular security monitoring
No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
5. Third-Party Services
- Stripe — Payment processing (Privacy Policy)
- Google VEO API — Video generation (Privacy Policy)
- Google Gemini API — Prompt suggestions and text generation
Video prompts are sent to Google's API for processing. Autom84You does not control how Google handles data sent to its APIs. Refer to Google's privacy policy for details.
6. Cookies
The Service uses minimal cookies:
- Session cookies: Track your generation session and payment state
- Preference cookies: Remember UI settings
No third-party tracking cookies are used on the video generator.
7. Data Retention
- Generated videos: Hosted temporarily for download; availability is not guaranteed beyond 24 hours
- Email addresses: Retained only for video delivery; not used for marketing
- Payment records: Retained by Stripe per their data retention policies
- Generation logs: Retained for 30 days for debugging, then deleted
8. Your Rights
You may:
- Request information about data held about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of any future communications
